Voting Question: Suboxone and medical morphine/fentanyl painkillers.?
If you were dependant on suboxone for past opiate addiction and you were to have experienced a terrible accident and you go to the hospital are you just left to die from pain? Is there any opioid, or non-opiod substance that actually will work as good as morphine? Or Knock suboxone off the receptors? Ive heard fentanyl does this first try, but im wondering if theres truth to that? Or if that’s just another lie about suboxone. Just wondering because a friend nearly escaped a very serious injury, and we are both on suboxone and became very alarmed at the whole idea.

I have been addicted to opiates (pills only) for a little over 3 years on and off. Got clean by tapering down in May and just relapsed again with a kidney stone and surgery 8 weeks ago. My doctor finally said Suboxone was perfect for me. I didn’t take the Percocet and Lortab illegally or in high quantities, but the withdrawals from trying it cold turkey were too much to stand. Does anyone have an opinion? Also, I have taken Zoloft and Lorazepam for years now for depression and generalized Anxiety Disorder with occasional panic attacks. All of the information I have read says it is very dangerous to mix these with the Suboxone. Yet my doctor AND the pharmacist (who might I add has also been clean from Heroin for 15 years , YEAH!!) said it is fine as long as I don’t abuse the medicines and take more than I am prescribed. My tolerance apparently to the lorazepam is high enough to where the suboxone might make me a little drowsy, but that’s all. Just wanting some honest advice….Thanks, God Bless All~
Can the person and /or people who have answered negatively about the suboxone give me some contact information so I can talk to you? Just a plain email, nothing personal. I just am soooo super confused. I’ve taken it for 2 days and like you mentioned it works great except for the mood swings it causes. I have NEVER heard about this being so dangerous. Please please contact me….
Resolved Question: What can i do if my doctor prescribed me something that he is not licensed to prescribe?
My doctor prescribed me suboxone, my pharmacy gave it to me. I have been taking it for a month. I went back to get a refill and the pharmacy said that he should have not been able to prescribe this to me. I am suppose to be weened off. But can’t get a script to taper my doses.
Just so happens my doctor was off today. And the nurse gave me numbers for two doctors who are licensed to prescribe. the first number was for a Dr who could not get me in until next week. The other number was a wrong number. I will talk to him tomorrow.

will i drop dirty for opiates on a drug test while on suboxone. how long does it stay in my urine?
Resolved Question: my dog ate suboxone!!!!!?
my boyfriend keeps his suboxone in his pockets. if you dont know what that is, they give it to opiate users to avoid withdrawl symptoms. my 6 pound shih tzu ate 4 of them today when we werent looking. With these pills though they only work if you let them melt on ur tongue. I am not sure about with a dog… but i am so scared. please help!
She is alive and well! She got all drowsy and high, the vet said her heart rate was low…she stayed there a few hours for testing and fluids. But she is good now. 
Resolved Question: i am about to take a xanax so i can go to sleep it is just a .25 MG and I will be taking 2 of them.?
and tomorrow about 5 to 7 i will be taking my dosage of suboxone. probably just 4 mg of suboxone. possibly 8mg depending if i am withdrawing badly or not. its around 12 hours or more away will I have anything to worry about when i go to take my suboxone if i take my xanax tonight?
hehe, thanks for the suggestion there lol i am not addicted to xanax i hardly take it. just having a VERY hard time sleeping tonight. i am almost a month off opiates but the doc gave these to me to help me sleep because the sub keep me up all night they wire me up. like im up cleaning the damn house all night lol. and coming up with clever ideas to get rich haha. but no, i am not addicted to xanax would just like to know if it will be bad to take one right now 4:30 am and then at about 5 or 6pm tomorrow take a suboxone.
Resolved Question: I have to go to a pain clinic and ran out of my meds. (Fentayal Patches) if i fail the drug test than i can’t?
get my meds refilled. Trying my best to stay clean but the with drawls are awful. Have a couple suboxone a friend gave me was wondering if they show up in regular drug test or do that have to a specific test just for that. If so how long does it show up in your system? Thanks
